Charles is an enthusiastic and charismatic Florida A&M University Marching 100 alumnus and the founder of UCME Production. His experience owning and operating UCME Production has allowed him to develop excellence in printing methods such as sublimation, screen-printing,  and custom vinyl.

 

Alongside his entrepreneurial accomplishments, Charles has also served as Area Manager for the Walmart Corporation. His management and distribution know-how coupled with his entrepreneurial endeavors and formidable relationships, make UCME Production and the Fully Plated™ line a solid contender in the HBCU and Black products market.

 

Charles has more than 15 years of combined experience with sourcing and vendor management and has served a variety of clients ranging from school districts to small businesses and religious organizations. He is also deeply talented in graphic design and marketing. His combined talents make him a great Product Development, Marketing, and Vendor management lead for UCME Production.

 

The company consists of one owner but is partnering with Everything HBCUs LLC to leverage the use of their license for 11 HBCUs including Florida A&M University and Bethune Cookman University. The UCME production facility is located in Riviera Beach, FL. The company is responsible for its own product design, enhancement, marketing, and order fulfillment activities.
